• Professional code inspection

3. No Professional Guarantee

Results generated by the platform:

• May contain layout analysis errors
• May be incomplete
• Should always be independently verified

Users are solely responsible for all construction, design, permit, engineering, and compliance decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

• Not to upload illegal content
• Not to upload malware or malicious documents
• Not to abuse the platform or API endpoints
• Not to reverse engineer the code checker service
• Not to interfere with server operations

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, algorithms, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of CodeAlgo. Users retain complete ownership of their uploaded files.

6. Payments

All purchases processed via Razorpay are final unless required by law. Credits, scans, subscriptions, and usage limits may be modified at our discretion. Fraudulent transactions may result in immediate account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAlgo shall not be liable for:

• Construction defects
• Permit rejections or delays by the DOB
• Financial losses
• Business interruption
• Property damage
• Regulatory penalties
• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy of compliance scoring
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• System availability

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in system abuse, attempt unauthorized access, or conduct fraudulent payment activity.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures caused by natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, third-party service failures, or cyberattacks.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates.
